Do you see yourself creating real and lasting change within organisations across Scotland? Do you believe in equality and inclusion for all? If this is you, join us to develop and deliver our LGBT Charter.

The LGBT Charter is an accreditation programme that enables schools, employers and service providers to undertake training and review policies, practice and resources to make sure that they are as inclusive and welcoming as possible, making Scotland the most inclusive place to live, love and learn.

We are investing in the LGBT Charter to address the diverse needs of both public and private sector organisations. We are growing our existing team and are looking for three passionate people to join us in developing and delivering the Charter to these audiences. These roles are a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of an innovative programme to create positive change and ensure that Scotland is the best place to grow up for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex (LGBTI) young people.
