Are you passionate about youth work and community development? Are you a skilled listener who is able to support young people in a goal-focused way? Do you have a good understanding of the issues LGBTI young people across Scotland are facing? If so, we want to hear from you.

Join our vibrant team of staff and volunteers delivering high quality youth work services supporting lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex young people right across Scotland.

We are looking two enthusiastic and innovative people to support the delivery of our digital youth work services.

Based in Edinburgh or Glasgow you will:

  • Deliver one to one support to LGBTI young people across Scotland on live chat and email, using an asset based coaching model
  • Work as part of the digital team to develop the service

This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of youth work and make a lasting, and sometimes life-saving, impact for LGBTI young people

We want to hear from you if you have:

  • A strong foundation in youthwork or CLD.
  • A passion for supporting young people to achieve their potential
  • An understanding of LGBT identities and the key issues facing LGBTI young people – or a willingness to learn this
