The Rapid Re-accommodation Welcome Centre is emergency accommodation for people who are sleeping rough through the winter months.
Team Leaders are required to manage and coordinate a team of three Project Workers, and to work closely with the volunteers. Nightshift team hours are from 7.45pm to 8am, with an hour break. You will bring proven leadership experience and have excellent communication skills. Ideally, you will have a good knowledge of the service user group and a working knowledge of MS Office. An SVQ3 in Health & Social Care/Promoting Independence is desirable. You will work constant night shift for 30 weeks (one week on, one week off).

Applicants should have and be able to evidence an active Christian faith and commitment. Successful applicants for this post will require an enhanced disclosure and membership of the PVG scheme.
