Transport Planning and Engineering (TP&E) is the specialist engineering consultancy which delivers active travel projects in Scotland as a social enterprise.
Established by Cycling Scotland in 2006, our aim is to ensure best practice and inclusive active travel infrastructure is delivered throughout the country to encourage even more people to walk or cycle as part of their everyday lives.
We plan, design and deliver infrastructure projects with walking and cycling as their focus. We work on behalf of and in partnership with a wide variety of clients, from local authorities to community groups and our focus is on people first when delivering infrastructure requirements.

As well as experience of infrastructure CAD and project delivery the role requires a proactive approach, dealing with community engagement and professional advice to 3rd parties. Road design experience would be essential also.
