YouthLink Scotland seeks a new Chairperson. We are seeking a dynamic, high calibre individual with a proven track record in leadership and a desire to serve the best interests of Scotland’s young people and those organisations who work with them. A knowledge of the charitable sector and experience of chairing is essential, as would be the ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
The Chairperson should be independent – that is someone not currently employed within the youth work sector but has the right skillset and sector fit for the next chapter of the organisation.
The post is non remunerative although expenses will be paid.

15 days per year, including 5 Board meetings, sub committee meetings, the AGM, National Youth Work Awards and Annual Conference.
