The Role

As a member of the Integral Human Development (IHD) Department which is responsible for SCIAF’s Advocacy (UK and overseas) and International Programming work overseas – the post holder role will be responsible for providing overall administrative support to the IHD Department.

This role will be based in our Glasgow office; although a degree of flexibility can be offered in terms of where and when this role is undertaken.

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for a high-performing individual with excellent organisation and planning skills, who can work with a high level of accuracy to meet tight deadlines. You will a have a good working knowledge of a variety of IT systems (particularly MS Office products), good written English, an ability to exercise initiative; be proactive and resilient.

You will also have effective communication and team working skills as well as the ability to interact well with staff at all levels in the organisation.
