We are currently looking to recruit an individual for the above post to cover a minimum of 12 months’ maternity
cover.
The Studio Manager is a key senior role within the organisation and involves both strategic and operational duties.
We would anticipate that the successful candidate spends a proportionate amount of time on both, as well as
providing support to the Executive Artistic Director.

working for a third sector organisation.
Reachout with Arts in Mind provides services for members who are at various stages of managing their wellbeing. The
position will involve interaction with members on a regular basis and as we are a small staff team, the list of
duties is not exhaustive. A range of additional tasks may be undertaken from time to time, as and when
appropriate, and as funding terms and conditions dictates and projects develop.
The role will also involve supporting the Executive Artistic Director in completing funding applications, writing
reports, collating data and processing statistical information.
It will also involve preparing reports for Management and the Board of Directors such as the AGM annual report,
project and status reports. The successful candidate will also manage and coordinate meetings inviting
attendees, preparing agendas, presenting and chairing meetings with other staff. The post holder will be
expected to attend the AGM and quarterly board meetings.
The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership, self-motivation, an ability to multi task and both written and
verbal communication skills.
The post holder will report to the Executive Artistic Director and work closely with the Finance and Governance
Manager.

• Preparing reports and monthly activity leaflets
• Office administration and managing records – paper and electronic
• Monitoring and collating statistics, summarising and identifying areas for the Management team and Board
• Employee monitoring and attending supervision sessions
