We are looking for a passionate, driven, and innovative individual to ensure delivery of our office and facilities function.

You will take full ownership in ensuring a safe, friendly and professional hybrid office environment for colleagues and visitors and ensure the day-to-day running of the office is conducted in an efficient, and effective manner.

You ensure a customer service approach on all administrative requests for internal colleagues based on; speed, accuracy, clarity, transparency, accessibility, friendliness and efficiency.

You will line manager the office and facilities team, ensuring the support they provide to individual and teams across the organisation is delivered.

You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining procedures and efficient office administration systems.
