Role

Muir of Ord and Conon Bridge

A great service for the people we support starts with employing great staff.

Our staff go the extra mile day in, day out to transform the lives of people we support, helping them lead the best lives, in their own homes in our communities.

If you have the right skills, values and want a rewarding and exciting career then we want to hear from you.

In partnership with NHS Highland, our incredible new service in Muir of Ord will open in 2022, and we are looking to recruit Relief Support Workers.

If you would like to get involved in support work but cannot commit to a contract due to other commitments, we have opportunities to be part of our team as part of our relief register of bank/sessional support workers.

If you are caring, reliable, flexible and passionate about making a difference to peoples lives, as part of an amazing supportive team, then … you could be Key!

We support people 365 days a year, and staff work a range of shifts including evenings, night shift and weekends on a rota basis. Sleepovers may also be required for which an additional allowance of £10.02 per hour is paid.

We offer competitive terms and conditions, including enhanced annual leave, occupational sick pay, access to employee wellbeing services and pension scheme, excellent training, support and supervision as well as access to achieving recognised qualifications.
