  • You will offer emotional and practical support to the child and their family, ensuring contact is maintained between visits and that the wishes of the family are delivered
  • You will mentor the Nursing Support Worker team, students and Care Support volunteers
  • You will participate in quality assurance and practice development activities, including regular opportunities to work in our CHAS at Home service.

About You

  • You will be kind and empathic
  • You will be a team-player
  • You will have a registered nurse qualification
  • You will have a degree or evidence of equivalent experience
  • You will have experience of assessing, planning, organising, implementing and evaluating nursing care for babies, children, young people and their families
  • You will have experience of working with whole families to provide education and support in managing the condition of babies, children or young people

About CHAS

  • You will be well supported with regular clinical supervision and reflective practice.
