Thistle’s self-organised teams support individuals, families and communities to maximise their potential and achieve the best possible quality of life.

As part of a pioneering organisational change programme successful candidates will provide coaching support to enable self-organised teams to plan and deliver effective person-centred support for people and their families. You will model work practices consistent with a common set of person-centred behaviours and work collaboratively to support teams to build highly effective relationships with people and their families. You will facilitate teams to self-organise and make decisions autonomously within a clear framework of accountability. You will be skilled in question driven coaching approaches, person-centred working and have experience of supporting teams to build capacity to work autonomously.
