Due to fantastic new funding secured, we have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to drive the further growth of Helm’s Social Enterprises across Tayside. The successful candidate will be creative and ambitious, you will have the demonstratable ability to lead on research and development and be able to balance the social values and business interests of our enterprises.

Key responsibilities in the role include:

  • Support the expansion of Helm’s established social enterprises
  • Research, data collation, analysis and planning of new social enterprise models
  • Create an inclusive environment where the voices of young people are heard and respected
  • Create and generate business and partnership opportunities, identifying joint commercial and impact benefits
