Role

People Know How have a unique opportunity for a Positive Transitions Service Manager to join our team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient management of our Positive Transitions service supporting children, young people and families across Edinburgh and East Lothian in the transition to secondary school. The successful candidate will manage the team and oversee the service's core projects, ensuring that People Know How continues to deliver the most productive and impactful difference to communities aligned to the strategy, vision, mission and values.
