The Heather Trust is a small Scottish charity which operates across Great Britain - heathertrust.co.uk. We are looking to recruit someone to join our senior management team who can ensure we run a compliant and efficient charitable business and help us with our fundraising activities. You will have a breadth of business skills as well as a passion to work productively and collaborative as part of our small team. This is a new 0.4 FTE post that can be home or office based and offers flexibility of hours worked. Salary negotiable depending on experience, but in the region of £40K pro-rata. Holidays 35 days per annum pro-rata and inclusive of public holidays. Two-years fixed term in the first instance (possibility to extend).
The Trust has embraced the hybrid working model that has recently emerged. We have flexible office space in the heart of Dumfries – where we meet approximately once a month. On a day-to-day basis we make good use of digital communications tools.
