Are you an experienced Finance Manager looking for a life changing career move? Are you motivated by the opportunity to make an impact on the lives of care-experienced young people by contributing your knowledge and experience to the third sector? If you can support our growing organisation as we expand our programme into new Scottish and UK local authorities and schools we would like to hear from you.

MCR Pathways is a national, award-winning mentoring programme dedicated to addressing the long-standing inequality in education outcomes, career opportunities and life chances for young people in care and those experiencing vulnerability or disadvantage.

In 2021 MCR were winners of a prestigious UK Centre for Social Justice Award CSJ award. The CSJ produced this film about MCR young person Emily and her mentor Elaine.
