We are currently recruiting for the position of Deputy Manager, who will support the Centre Manager and newly created Team Leader post in leading the operational team and ensuring we deliver the best, most effective and high quality survivor centre service possible.
The successful candidate will have experience of working within the violence against women sector and have at least 2 years’ experience of managing staff teams across varied projects, as well as experience of managing direct support services. They will have a collaborative management style, excellent interpersonal skills, proactive approach and an understanding and commitment to a feminist analysis of gender-based violence.
