Who we are

WDP is a behaviour change charity helping vulnerable people live happy, healthy and independent lives. We support people with issues around substance misuse, mental health and employability. Our unique and award-winning Capital Card® scheme rewards Service Users for making progress with us through positive activities at community “Spend Partners” such as gyms, restaurants, cinemas, sports stadia and colleges.

The role

The role will support the Capital Card team in ensuring the scheme continues to operate successfully over an increasing number of WDP services by supporting with paperwork, budgetary requirements, relationship management and the Capital Card’s IT systems. The role will also help to maintain, grow and diversify our network of Capital Card® spend partners; local and national businesses who provide rewards for our Service Users.
