Are you an established line manager looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a one-of-a-kind service? In this role you will be managing the day-to-day operations within the Capital Card including the expansion of our Spend Partner portfolio.

WDP is a behaviour change charity helping vulnerable people live happy, healthy and independent lives. We support people with issues around substance misuse, mental health and employability. Our unique and award-winning Capital Card® scheme rewards Service Users for making progress with us through positive activities at community “Spend Partners” such as gyms, restaurants, cinemas, sports stadia and colleges.
Working underneath the Capital Card Manager, this role will take line management responsibility of a small team of staff, whilst continuing to ensure the Capital Card scheme operates successfully over an increasing number of WDP services.
This role will also lead on the development and expansion of a regional network of Capital Card® Spend Partners. You will also recruit, support and supervise Capital Card® Ambassadors, a voluntary role that supports with Spend Partner generation.
