The Camden Specialist Drug Service offers specialist substance misuse support to those with complex needs. The service works in close partnership with the lead provider Camden & Islington Mental Health Trust (C&I) to offer a broad range of recovery orientated, high quality services to meet the needs of service users. WDP Camden is an established community service that is well performing and highly functioning. We are a friendly team of multidisciplinary professionals consisting of both clinical and psychosocial elements and is CQC registered to provide a range of clinical interventions including BBV, health interventions, and OST.

The service operates Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and committed individual to join Camden Specialist drug service. This exciting and rewarding role will provide you with significant scope for growth and innovation within a supportive and friendly multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical professionals.

Working in partnership with Camden & Islington NHS Foundation Trust, who, as lead provider will have overall clinical responsibility for the service, WDP are subcontracted to deliver recovery-based services across Camden.

WDP are looking for a Service Administrator to take responsibility for the administration of the Camden service.

Reporting to both the WDP Team Manager and NHS Senior Administrator, the post holder will take a lead role in ensuring the this includes the facilities and service administration, reporting any building maintenance issues, data and performance inputting. Undertaking daily administrative activities completing regular health and safety risk assessments in accordance with organisational policy and liaise with management in the service. To ensure compliance against regulatory standards such as the Care Quality Commission (CQC), Health & Safety Executive (HSE) and organisational policies and procedures.

The role will also oversee the day-to-day management of the Camden office including: reception duties; day-to-day tasks, data administration, staff cover, liaising with suppliers; ensuring teams comply with health & safety standards; maintaining stationery and refreshment supplies, providing cover across two sites as and when required and managing petty cash. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a busy service contributing to the overall success of the Camden service.
