This is an exciting opportunity to join the Children 1st team in the Carrick Family Wellbeing Service. The service offers community based, child centred family wellbeing support across the Carrick locality of Girvan, Maybole and the surrounding villages.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and committed to engaging with communities to co-ordinate and oversee the operational delivery of the Girvan Food Pantry. This will include recruitment, induction, training, and support of volunteers.
The successful candidate will carry out an important role to create a sustainable, holistic service to meet the needs of the community through community engagement and active participation from the planning stage through to implementation and growth of the Food Pantry.

This is a fixed term, part-time role of 17.5 hours per week, funded initially for 6 months.
