YouthLink Scotland has an exciting opportunity for a part-time Digital Content Officer to join the Communications and Public Affairs team.
This post would suit an outgoing and confident individual with excellent communication and organisational skills. The candidate will be great at building effective relationships with people at all levels, both within our YouthLink Scotland member organisations, and with external stakeholders.
The position is all about creating exciting digital content for our online platforms, meeting the creative multimedia and graphic design needs of YouthLink Scotland and its national programmes.
The role will support the wider organisation to distil key stories from our work and research, creating content and promoting our strategic organisational objectives, with a focus on strong storytelling and social media.
We are seeking someone with extensive experience of developing and delivering engaging social media content and communications, who also has a great creative design flair.
This is a fixed-term post for one year. The starting salary is £23,303(pro rata). The company offers a 9.5% non-contributory pension scheme. The post will be part home-based and part-based at the YouthLink Scotland offices in Edinburgh. This is a part-time position working 21 hours a week. By its nature, the post will sometimes require work to be undertaken during evenings and weekends.
