Cyrenians offers a variety of support to people within our Learning and Work Pillar. Our services for young people and adults are designed around the employability pipeline and we use Outreach as a form of delivery within the portfolio of services.
Our Learning and Work strategy is to develop the scope and range of our services to meet new and emerging needs. We’re looking for a proactive, organised individual who will manage our current services and be key in identifying and developing business opportunities, following up on openings that can create new, and expand existing, activities.
You’ll be joining Cyrenians at an exciting time as we expand our services. You’ll contribute to implementing new employability initiatives, with a particular focus on opportunities that equip people with the confidence, skills, and experience to move into work.
We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced and ambitious manager to ensure that our services are implemented, managed and delivered to the highest standard.
You will have proven management and budget experience, be organised and confident. You will thrive on using your strong communications skills to engage positively with people from a variety of backgrounds.
You will also have experience of working within a project framework and the ability to demonstrate Cyrenians values of compassion, respect, integrity and innovation in the work that you do.
