This is both a challenging and exciting time for the Jeely Piece Club. Challenging in that our stakeholder landscape is evolving perhaps faster than normal post pandemic, and exciting in that there is a very real investment to build upon the Jeely brand, services and infrastructure in the lead up to its 50th anniversary in 2025.
We are now seeking candidates for this exciting role within the Charity’s business support function. We are looking for people with the necessary skills, experience and can do attitude to hit the ground running from early on. Whilst you’ll be pro-active being the specialist in your area of expertise, you’ll also be willing and able to actively participate across all functional areas of the department – no one person within the team can work in isolation. All functional areas of the department and front line services are interlinked – whether it be through processes, inputs and outputs, systems or people – you must be able to take a bird’s eye view and a collaborative approach along with that narrow focus on your own area of expertise. This post offers the opportunity to work within an organisation with a supportive and progressive Board of Directors, Senior Management Team and dedicated front line service delivery staff - all focused on doing the very best we can individually to help children and families in need.
