This is an exciting time to join the Support Team at Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus Scotland as we are developing and expanding services in response to the demand from those affected by spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus.
Reporting to the Senior Management Team, the Team Lead role is integral in ensuring that high standards of service delivery continue for all of our children, young people, adults, families and carers across West of Scotland.
An exciting opportunity for a caring and motivated person to help us organise accessible activities and events for families, children, young people and adults affected by Spina Bifida and/or hydrocephalus.
Qualified to degree level or have an equivalent level of relevant knowledge/experience these posts are ideally suited to those with experience of working with individuals with special needs, a good communicator, able to make decisions and to supervise and support other staff members. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop constructive working relationships with a wide range of service users, carers and partner agencies is also essential.
Own car and a full driving licence is essential.
Location:Based in the Dan Young Building (SBH Scotland Head Office), Dullatur. Hybrid home working model welcomed. Occasional travel across West Scotland required.
