We are looking for an Operations Support Manager with a background in operational management who has significant knowledge of improvement approaches, the application of lean tools and techniques to add value along with the ability to deliver projects on time.
This is an exciting time for Sight Scotland Veterans as we launch our 3-year strategy and expand our services. You will be part of Sight Scotland Veterans Senior Management Team, helping us to achieve our strategic ambitions by developing effective business and support responses to aid the successful delivery of the charity’s strategy. You will help us improve how we operate, by driving continuous improvement through the introduction of new systems to improve efficiencies, and by ensuring the quality and consistency of our working practices.
As well as managing the charity’s procedures, systems and administrative team, you will work closely with Sight Scotland Veterans colleagues overseeing the compliance of our practices in line with the organisations wider framework and policies.
