Role

Can you help us create remarkable services and outcomes for veterans with sight loss?

If you have excellent relationship building and influencing skills, possess an imaginative approach to problem solving, and have experience of leading a project from start to finish you may be the ideal candidate for our Innovation and Impact Manager. This role will be part of Sight Scotland Veterans Senior Management Team and you will help us achieve our strategic ambitions.

This is an exciting time for Sight Scotland Veterans as we launch our 3-year strategy and expand our services. You will bring our ambitions to life by leading key workstreams to gauge the impact of our services and embed a culture of coproduction and innovation practice within the charity.

If you have a passion for innovation and have experience of driving impactful change with a proven track record of improving existing services and developing innovative solutions to support more people, we would love to hear from you.

This role will be carried out under our blended homeworking policy, you will work from home and from either Head Office in Edinburgh, Hawkhead Centre in Paisley or the Linburn Centre in West Lothian.
