Corra has a number of staff in Specialist roles focusing on particular areas of work, such as drugs and alcohol, international grants and community grant making.
The role of Drugs and Alcohol Specialist is as a project manager who brings expertise to Corra by having good knowledge of drugs and alcohol services for children, young people, families, and adults, insights of drugs and alcohol services, practices, and policies relating to this specialist area. This will enable them to undertake key activities such as:
· Project Management - ensuring that existing grant services and contracts are delivered to the highest possible standard and that programmes or services delivered by Corra on behalf of others are meeting all contractual obligations.
· Design, develop, deliver and review grant programmes which relate to drugs and Alcohol
· Provide essential information to stakeholders, reporting on Corra’s achievements against KPIs.
· Be Corra’s “go-to expert” for accurate information and insights of services for drugs and alcohol support
We are looking for a person who brings strong skills and experience in resource management; financial appraisal; project management, communication, relationship building and listening.

The role will be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow, with a flexible approach to carrying out an element of work from home.
