We are looking for an experienced individual to fill an exciting role within our Customer Services Department.
Cairn Housing Association is a national provider with over 3,500 units in management across Scotland.
We require a Court Coordinator to provide a high standard of customer service to our tenants, customers and colleagues, while providing a day-to-day housing management service to the tenants in accordance with Cairn HA’s policies and procedures.
The successful applicant should have the relevant experience in delivering a customer focused service. You will need to be computer literate – use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and internal systems are regularly required
