The purpose of Third Sector Dumfries and Galloway (TSDG) is to improve the quality of life of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged within Dumfries and Galloway. The Business Manager will be responsible for the management and delivery of ‘back office’ operations including finance, HR, health and safety, property and general compliance. Other areas of responsibility include assisting the Chief Executive with governance, funding and reporting.
The post holder will manage and delegate work to the Business Support Team who are responsible for the administrative internal processes and procedures underpinning the day-to-day work of TSDG, and will provide higher level/more complex administrative support to the Management Team and Board members.
