We have an ambitious strategy to deliver positive solutions to reduce poverty and increase skills and employability within South Lanarkshire and to help us achieve this we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities and Projects Lead to join our Team who will be responsible for:

  • Managing Facilities and Maintenance Services across 4 sites;
  • Ensuring all health & safety, environmental, security and customer service standards are met;
  • Planning maintenance works and achieving best value lease and utilities contracts;
  • Leading major projects including replacement or upgrade of existing building systems;
  • Leading employment related projects through use of the company’s facilities to provide opportunities for customers to gain work experience and develop skills.

Excellent team working skills, the ability to motivate staff, work proactively and flexibly to deliver results are essential for this role as is your ability to meet deadlines and ensure targets are met.
