Role

Age Scotland is the national charity for older people. We work to improve the lives of everyone over the age of 50 so that they can love later life.

We support and enable hundreds of community and older people’s groups across Scotland. We provide information, friendship and advice through our free helpline and publications. We tackle loneliness and isolation with our Community Connecting Service and much more.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Charitable Trusts & Grants Fundraiser to join the Fundraising and Marketing team at Age Scotland.

The purpose of this role is to implement the fundraising strategy and take a lead role in maximising core and restricted income from charitable trusts, grants and lotteries.

The successful applicant will have a successful track record in securing substantial funding from a variety of funders and achieving or exceeding targets.

The post will be based in Edinburgh.
