About the role
This is a strategic executive leadership role within one of the most respected children’s charities in Scotland.
Working with other high performing leaders you will be responsible for developing and shaping a new fundraising
strategy and providing inspirational leadership to the fundraising team.
Excellent quality stewardship of our existing supporters will be one of the key responsibilities, alongside
developing new partnerships and relationships and managing a dynamic team of fundraisers and developing new
income streams.
About you
You will have substantial experience of successful fundraising and partnership management. A brilliant leader, you
will have a strong track record of motivating others to deliver excellent outcomes and impact. You will be a
driver of innovation and transformation with an understanding of how to secure long term sustainable
income.
You will:

- Have deep knowledge and understanding of fundraising, strategic marketing and brand
positioning
You will have experience of developing and implementing multi-strand fundraising strategies; experience of successful
negotiation and interaction at a senior level with a wide range of individuals, as well as experience of
managing people in an ambition driven environment, helping team members to develop, achieve and exceed their own
KPIs.
