We are delighted to be recruiting for the role of Supporter Engagement Officer in the Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home communications team.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for generating income for the Home through supporting with the running of Individual Giving income streams. You will work with the Senior Individual Giving Officer and Legacy & Individual Giving Manager to promote all income streams through excellent stewardship, campaigns, appeals and general marketing activities. A key part of this will be engaging with and stewarding supporters through telephone campaigns and by building and maintaining a great supporter journey. Aiding the retention and recruitment of supporters to the Home.

We are looking for someone who has experience in a telephone fundraising and/or marketing environment, as well as experience of donor or customer stewardship and engagement. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, good research skills and be able to build and maintain strong relationships.
