The Head of Finance and Administration will play a key role within NYOS, ensuring that our strategic objectives and operational delivery models are founded on sound financial planning and controls, that our systems and processes are effective and robust, and that our people are well supported. The post holder will be responsible for oversight of all finance and administration processes, including financial management and reporting as well as human resources management. As a member of the Senior Management Team, the Head of Finance and Administration will oversee all NYOS’s systems and processes and will liaise across all areas of the organisation including the Board, as well as with external stakeholders.
It is an exciting time to work for NYOS as we develop new plans, including a move to more accessible office premises later this year. We are looking for Head of Finance and Administration who shares our ambitions and values and wants to be part of a small, friendly team that takes great pride in nurturing and celebrating the achievements of Scotland’s young musicians.
