Role

Rock Trust are delighted to be launching Upstream Scotland, an innovative schools-based preventive model that utilises a universal screening tool to identify and support students at risk of homelessness. We are looking for a passionate and driven Service Coordinator to lead this exciting new venture. This key role involves leading a team of practitioners to deliver the national service and requires skills which including driving forward the project, gaining support from senior stakeholders and line managing Upstream delivery staff.

The post holder will be expected to:

  • Play a leading role in the development of our Upstream service
  • Lead and manage a team of high performing service delivery staff
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with key partners
  • Promote and share evaluation, learning and best practice

Who we are

Rock Trust is Scotland’s leading youth specific homelessness charity. We work with young people aged 16-25 who are at risk of, or who are experiencing homelessness. Our aim is to end youth homelessness in Scotland by ensuring that every young person has access to expert youth specific services to assist them to avoid, survive and move on from homelessness.
