We are offering a wonderful opportunity for a driven and focused individual to join the Quarriers Fundraising team as a Senior Fundraiser - Corporate Engagement & Events. This is a part time post for 21 hours per week and benefits from our agile working policy.

The Fundraising Team are part of the wider Funding & Marketing Team who are key to the development of funds for our services and the people we support, this role is integral to those plans to developing fundraising events and income across various income streams.
The post would be suited to someone who is ambitious and has the ability to develop and build strong and sustainable relationships with key stakeholders and has the ability and confidence to develop relationships in the fundraising sector.
You - This position would ideally suit someone who is currently working in a fundraising role who can demonstrate their experience working with volunteers and engaging with Corporate Organisations. Do you have expertise in relationship management, with robust knowledge and experience of the principles of Corporate Engagement and Volunteer fundraising and with a strong background in managing events as a part of that role.
You should have excellent written and oral communications skills, with the ability to influence and persuade and to engage supporters with compelling proposals to showcase the impact the fundraised income can achieve for the organisation. You should have great presentation and public speaking skills and experience of working with people at all levels within organisations.
You should be energetic, enthusiastic, ideas-driven and willing to work collaboratively.
We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role, able to demonstrate a strong knowledge and experience of the complexities of this kind of position, confident in both research and client-facing aspects of a position at this level with experience of budgeting, planning and developing various aspects of fundraising.

Quarriers has an Agile Working Policy which provide the opportunity to work 21 hours per week from home and work from a number of our offices across the country. For this role it will be a blend of working at either home or in the office and travelling when meeting supporters, volunteers, team members and attending events.
Please note IT skills are required for all Quarriers vacancies. The successful candidate must have a full current driving licence and access to own transport.
