Key is committed to providing high quality, flexible, person centred services to people who have a wide variety of support needs including, learning disabilities, autism, young people in transition and people who have mental health support needs. Some of the individuals we support have complex needs we focus on positive outcomes to help people maintain and improve their lives at home and in the wider community.

Due to ongoing growth and development of our service we are seeking a highly motivated, imaginative and enthusiastic individual with a true commitment to personalisation to join our Rutherglen service. This is a new post at the service, the successful candidate will be expected to develop the role and use their initiative to work alone at times with external line management support.

The Team Manager role will include providing direct care and support, as well as support planning and monitoring the quality of services provided to a number of supported people. It will also include managing, mentoring and providing day to day support and supervision to small worker teams and working creatively and flexibly to provide positive leadership and support to them.

Evening, weekend work and overnight support responsibilities are required as well as rotational on call support to workers out with ‘normal working hours’.
