The support we provide is always person-centred, trauma-informed and wellbeing focused. As a Support Worker, you’ll work as part of a team in providing safe, secure, supported accommodation for the people who use our services. You’ll do this by providing practical and emotional support and encouraging them to achieve their own personal outcomes in all aspects of their daily lives.

If successful, you will be required to register with the Scottish Social Services Council within 6 months of your start date. After registration, there is a requirement to be qualified and to maintain professional learning, which we will support you to achieve.

Salary: £13,165 (£22,476,pro rata) per annum

Hours of Work: 20.5 per week

Working Pattern: Four week rolling rota 2/3 Night Shifts per week

Our Renfrew service has 17 self contained flats and accommodates people 21 years and over. This is a temporary role until 30/11/2023 with potential to go permanent.

As Service Manager, you will you will be responsible for providing safe, secure, supported accommodation for homeless people within your service. You will manage and lead a team delivering quality housing support/accommodation and housing management service and to support people with multi-complex needs/homeless in crisis (and/or previously looked after or accommodated young people) to build their skills and confidence to sustain their own tenancy.

You will already be a registered manager with the Scottish Social Services Council, hold a minimum of SCQF Level 7 in Social Care and have experience of managing and motivating a team

Clydebank is a 13 bedded service with service users aged 16+.
