This is a fantastic opportunity for a People and Culture Advisor to join our dynamic Charity to do work of worth and value supporting children and families. You will be part of an experienced team delivering all aspects of HR advice, support and guidance to a diverse staffing group. The work is exciting and challenging and will range from working on recruitment campaigns, advising on a range of people management issues, to producing management information and developing and maintaining aspects of our HR information systems. You will be supported to develop and proactively encouraged to expand your experience and knowledge of working with people to enhance the organisational identity and culture. Ideally you will have experience of working with HR or management information systems and have an understanding of the need to be discreet and professional at all times.
Ideally you should be CIPD qualified or working towards this, with some experience of directly supporting managers in a range of HR disciplines. The successful candidate it is anticipated will work in the south of Glasgow, However, we are a flexible employer and can discuss locations and ways of working to suit the right candidate. As a national charity we have other locations available.
This is a full time, permanent post of 35 hours per week.
