We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to work with our Property Manager and provide a modern facilities service to our internal and external customers across all our sites.
You will recruit and retain tenants to SCVO’s shared office spaces and act as first point of contact for tenants, visitors and staff based in the Inverness office, and deliver excellent in-person customer service.
You will have experience in dealing with a range of people confidently and ideally have previous experience engaging, vetting and appointing appropriate contractors to carry out works to ensure our offices remain compliant and effective environments.
You will be able support SCVO’s environmental commitments, to continually monitor and improve our environmental performance and achieve the aims set out in our Environmental Policy.
