We are looking to recruit a Support Warden with strong communication skills to join our Supported Services Team. The Wardens currently provide person-centred support to tenants within our Sheltered Housing service located in Inverclyde.
The key objectives of this role are: Monitoring resident wellbeing and signposting to other services; Providing activities and encouraging resident participation; Follow the Health & Social Care Standards to ensure you provide a good standard of service to residents and safeguarding their wellbeing; and promoting independent living.
You will need excellent ICT skills as much of a Wardens job involves administration and using a laptop and/or tablet. A SVQ 2 in Health and Social Care and a Food Hygiene certificate is essential. You will require PVG membership and will become SSSC registered within 6 months.
