Role
Working within a small charity who provide support services to older, vulnerable and isolated people. To work closely with the Service Activities Lead and Senior Leadership Team to promote, develop and deliver the programme of services within CACE. To support and work alongside volunteers and ensure that all services are delivered in line with CACE policies and procedures. We are looking for a person who has a genuine interest in serving and supporting older adults to be part of their community, to help them maintain their physical, emotional and mental wellbeing to the best of their abilities. To offer them the opportunity to try out new skills and activities that are fun based, stimulating and potentially supportive to maintaining their independence.

Working within a small charity who provide support services to older, vulnerable and isolated people. This is an administrative role with a strong focus on IT, data management and analysis, and activities that require digital, social media and communication skills. Excellent opportunity to take the lead on data projects and implementation of cloud-based customer relationship management software.
This post is to assist and support individuals to determine the level of care and other provision that may be appropriate to their individual circumstances and aspirations. To work with their families and communities helping them to build their capacity and networks, strengthen local opportunities and divert them away from statutory provision.
