WHO WE ARE
Kairos Women+ is a community-led, women’s space based in Paisley, Renfrewshire. A second home for women and non-binary folk, we inspire transformational change in the lives of the women+ by collaboratively creating opportunities through workshops, events, training and courses.

The aims of Kairos Women+ are:
Promoting equality and diversity for the public benefit
The advancement of women and non-binary people’s citizenship or community development through (but not limited to) providing volunteer opportunities
The relief of women and non-binary people in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Ideal candidates will have a commitment to the above aims and they will have skills & experience in one or more of the following areas (desirable not essential):
The Board of Trustees meets every 2-3 months, and we anticipate 3-5 hours of voluntary work per month. Our meetings our virtual or hybrid.

Please note that this voluntary role is open to women only under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1 (inclusive of non-binary people and trans women.)
