Reeltime Music exists to inspire young people through creative activities. We aim to bring about a positive change in the lives of disadvantaged young people, and for those young people to share the power of creativity to change lives.

You should be able to demonstrate the commitment and motivation to support young people using the medium of creative youth work. It is essential that applicants have experience in the following:

  • Can play and teach at least two popular musical instruments to a proficient level
  • Excellent social & presentation skills in a variety of settings (small & large groups etc)
  • Able to get to and from various locations in North Lanarkshire

Reeltime Music is a registered charity with a long history of working with disadvantaged young people. We have worked with approximately 24,000 young people since 1997. Our work has been highlighted on a variety of occasions, most notably by HMIe and the Scottish Parliament.
