By joining Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland (CHSS) as a Stroke Health Care Assistant you can be the difference between people just surviving and really living.

You will be part of Scotland’s leading charity providing support to people with chest, heart, and stroke conditions to live life to the full again. Our Hospital to Home services forms a nationwide network of local support groups, nurses, volunteers, and one-to-one support teams helping families adjust to life with a heart or lung condition or after a stroke.

This is a new and exciting role; we are looking for an individual who has experience of working in a health care setting particularly with stroke patients to work with our Fife Stroke Nurse Team to support patients following a stroke and their families. As our Stroke Health Care Assistant, you will be key in providing this support ensuring stroke survivors and their families receive the help and support they require to live the best lives they can. This position is fixed term for 1 year and could be offered as a secondment post. Driving is a requirement of this post a clean driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
