You will be passionate about increasing awareness and accessibility of digital solutions to support independent living. You will have an up to date and good knowledge of digital technologies, well-developed communication skills and experience of project management. The Technology Enabled Care Coordinator will proactively engage with and provide advice and support to members of the public to promote the use of telehealth and telecare, and work with partners to implement technology enabled care services, working towards ensuring equal opportunities for all.
A proactive and innovative approach to identify person-centred and community-driven solutions will be most welcome and fit well with the DVVA Communities Team shared outcomes.
