  • Someone who is passionate about service excellence and supporter experience.
  • A leader, motivator who can move the team towards achieving objectives
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation and with partners.
  • Can bring vision in identifying and agreeing goals
  • Instil collaboration and teamwork in everything Support Relations Team does Understand the importance, dependence and opportunity of working with people not just processes to get things done
