Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our People team at Sight Scotland and Sight Scotland Veterans.

You will work proactively as part of our People Team to provide professional HR support across our various services. This is a challenging and varied role with a key focus on HR project work which includes management and organisational development, as well as responsibility for HR casework for designated services.

You will have experience of working as a business partner, taking the lead in shaping and driving forward HR projects as well providing direct high quality HR advice and support to managers. You will have a good knowledge of employment law and hold a CIPD level 5 qualification or above. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive professional relationships at all levels are also required to thrive in this role.

As this role will be carried out on a blended homeworking basis we are looking for someone who can work independently and quickly develop strong working relationships, as well as having excellent organisational and time management skills.
