We’re looking for a Counselling Coordinator to lead a highly skilled team of counsellors supporting people to address stimulant drug taking. The aim is to reduce harm and to address associated physical and mental health problems without judgement.
In this role you’ll take forward the monitoring, evaluation, and on-going development of this unique service. You’ll liaise with other agencies, and work constructively and supportively with the Counselling team and wider Crew teams.
We’re looking for an individual who can deal positively with change and to work under pressure. You will be well-organised with excellent time management and leadership skills. This is a challenging role within a values-driven organisation offering flexible working and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people who take stimulant drugs.
