Renfrewshire Community Services (RCS) is a well-established Recovery focused community support services for individuals experiencing mental health difficulties who live in Renfrewshire. The services include; community-based groups and individual support, employability, counselling supports, physical and mental wellbeing and self-management approaches based on CBT.
We are recruiting a new member who will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who can provide confidential Counselling services for adults working in a brief model. You must hold a recognised diploma in Counselling and have experience of working with adults who are experiencing difficulties with their mental health. You will be a reflective practitioner with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of partners and stakeholders. Delivery of your work will be either face to face in a RAMH office, a variety of community venues, telephone or on video platforms.
It is essential you should have excellent communication skills and are familiar with keeping robust, up-dated records of your work. You should be competent using ICT systems, including a service user database.
